People HATE to measure!
People hate measuring. Not because it requires time and effort (which it does), but because it exposes what’s wrong. Most people prefer to live in “blissful” ignorance rather than trying to identify their own weaknesses. Measurement means admitting what’s broken so you can fix it.
Successful people, investors or not, understand that they have to measure and do it well. They are always looking to improve and progress, because the alternative is stagnating while the competition flies past.
Success happens when you measure, because it allows and forces you to optimize yourself and your business. When you identify weaknesses, you can fix them. When you identify strengths, you can replicate and improve them.
“Figure out what works, and do it more!
If you measure it, it will improve.”
